Customer agrees Nex Gen Carpet Care is not responsible for removal of stains or discoloration of carpet. Nex Gen Carpet Care promises to use equipment and detergents standard for the cleaning industry.

Nex Gen Carpet Care is not responsible for seams that open during cleaning. WHITE or OFF WHITE FABRICS CLEANED ONLY AT THE CUSTOMER'S RISK.

The company accepts no responsibility for conditions existing prior to cleaning. Nex Gen Carpet Care will take responsibility for any damage caused by negligence by operator.

I understand if my check is returned unpaid, there will be a $35 service charge. If my check is not paid within 30 days, I will be liable for any and all court fees, bank charges, interest or any other expenses incurred.

I agree that Nex Gen Carpet Care SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SLIP AND OR FALL INJURIES caused as a result of the services performed.

The signature of the customer constitutes acknowledgment of the contract and acceptance of these conditions.
